How much do your balloon services cost?

Pricing for our balloon services varies based on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the size of the installation. We offer competitive rates and can work with you to create a package that fits your budget while still delivering exceptional quality. Can I customize my balloon decorations?

Absolutely! Customization is at the heart of what we do. We encourage clients to share their ideas, themes, and color preferences, and our talented team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Whether you want a specific color palette or a unique design, we are here to make it happen.

How far in advance should I book your services?

To ensure availability and allow ample time for planning, we recommend booking our services at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event. However, we understand that last-minute requests can arise, so feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?

No, we can not guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.

How do I pay for my decor?

Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit card.


Events over 30 days away, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event. 


Events less than 30 days, Full payment is necessary to secure the booking.

What is your cancelation policy?

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders canceled less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation, no exceptions. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
